How do I maintain my latex topper?
If you want your topper to last longer, follow these tips.

• Give your topper a good support by using a sturdy bed frame with adequate center enforcement to prevent bowing or breakage.
• Rotate your topper every six months.
• This ensures that a person sleeps on different parts of the topper to even out the pressure.
• You can also flip-over the topper and sleep on the other side once a while to extend the lifespan of the topper.
• Let your topper breathe. Ventilate your room every day.
• We recommend using a slatted bed base as a support, rather than a full plank or box spring to facilitate breathability.
• Do not expose the topper core to UV or sun or daylight! UV rays can cause the latex to deteriorate across time.

Does the 100-day free trial apply to latex toppers?
Our latex toppers only come in one firmness level, soft. Therefore, this trial period doesn’t apply to our latex toppers.

How do I clean my latex topper?
Heveya latex toppers come with a removable bamboo cover that can be unzipped and dry-cleaned. In the event that stains went into the latex core, simply dab with wet cloth, then dry cloth and let the latex ventilate to dry.

Is latex hot to sleep on?
There is a common misconception that sleeping on latex feels hot. This issue probably arises because so many people confuse latex with memory foam. One should not feel warm while sleeping on a latex topper compared to a memory foam topper.

Owing to its open-cell foam structure, a latex topper actually allows air to circulate much better than many other types of toppers, allowing for a cool comfortable sleep. In addition, a latex topper is punctuated by pinholes set at regular intervals, offering even further airflow.

Can I use a latex mattress/topper if I have a latex allergy?
Generally, people develop a latex allergy when they are in direct contact with the latex itself. This will not be the case with latex mattress/topper as you will be sleeping on the bedsheet or cover.
